Welcome to my Remembering the 70s Blog. I once told someone that if I could relive my life over, growing up in the 70s is the one thing I would never change. And now that I am getting older, I see things that recall memories of my childhood but within a couple of days those memories seemed to have slipped my grasp once again.

So I created this 70s blog for a couple of reasons. Firstly, memory loss has been a problem in our family for several different reasons. The latest being my Aunt who lost all of her childhood memories. I wanted to capture all of my memories so that I, as well as others, can take a stroll down memory lane when the mood serves us or a need to remember arises. It is my hope that others will also share their joys of growing up during that time.

Secondly, the 70s was a fantastic time to be a kid. It was almost a perfect balance between technology and nature. Sure, we had some really cool toys and TV shows, but yet you never wanted to stay inside all day. There were far to many outdoor adventures to be had.

I hope you will enjoy this trip down memory lane as much as I have enjoyed recalling and posting these memories in this 70s blog.
